Yes. A group of companies can sit under one login, each with its own people, data and settings.
Yes. Add your office's IP addresses and staff can only clock in from there. Leave it empty and they can clock in anywhere. Admins are never restricted.
Yes. British and Irish citizens, visa holders (with expiry reminders) and indefinite leave to remain, with passports and share codes checked by your admins.
